Welcome to THE FREE YOUR DREAM! PROJECT which seeks to raise the financial support needed to create a documentary film DREAM ON DREAMER about what it takes to achieve big dreams at any age while also investigating important social issues that underly many inhabited challenges of those with a history of early childhood trauma.
Professional Dance, and particularly Ballet, requires discipline, drive and ambition -- qualities that most dancers have in spades. But even among the very talented, the training also requires strong financing and concentrated hours of physical practice and coaching per day.
Getting in this kind of time in the studio, as an adult, has been one of the largest hurdles to my progress. Frankly, this is more of a hurdle than the physical hurdles. With the costs of training being astronomical, I presently train in a self-directed manner, while also working a full-time job -- making my efforts 'consistently inconsistent' at best. It has taken years to accumulate a few months of training and this makes it difficult to follow a plan that can produce reliable results. In order to really put this dream to the test, consistent daily training is essential.

After searching the globe and hearing NO! more times than I can count, a few courageous souls have said YES! to being a part of team that trains me in a serious full-time manner all while creating a film that we hope will serve as a platform to bring important social issues to light and encourage others who are facing similar challenges.
The opportunity I now have for creating a documentary on concentrated study with experts and professional programs in NYC and abroad — study which is normally reserved for Children in closed-door academies — is a miracle.
