That's right. This whole idea of just being gung-ho for work on Monday Morning is a bit cliche. Even the theatre folks know better -- the theatre is black on Mondays! No shows. No rehearsals. A Day Off. And these are the people with arguably the most enjoyable jobs in the world... so if they blow Monday's off, why shouldn't you?
Here's my Advice: Get Up. Check this Blog. Call in Sick. Go Back to Bed. Get Up Later. Go to the Spa! Go to Levain Bakery and get a cookie. Go to a Movie. Come home and order in for dinner.
Sounds like a Good Monday to me. And the World's a better place besides.
